It rained here the other day, and there were about 6 women wearing the same type of rain boots at school that day. They didn't have the same patterns, but what the patterns did have in common was that they were whimsical, tacky or kitschy. I don't know how long this fashion will last, but I'm sure we'll have to suffer through it for at least a couple of years. Hopefully they won't have the same staying power as Crocs or Uggs.
You haven't seen these yet? They get more ridiculous than the one you posted, hah.
